We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with a defect, email us at support@pongozone.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and order number. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.
All other sales are final. Since each item is made to order, we can’t offer exchanges or returns for reasons like the wrong size or a change of mind
